This blog is to help me stay on track on the road to being strong and fit!
What I'm About
This blog is my personal blog on my goal to being strong and fit. After high school I gain the freshmen 15 and my goal is to get it off and tone by body and make it strong. I’m not over weight or close to over weight and I want to make sure that I don’t ever get there so I’m making this blog to help me stay on track, and to also watch my progress. I started working out again this summer and lost 10 pounds but then i kinda stopped working out as much and gain back 5 pounds. My goal is to achieve a “starlet” or “hollywood” body but to also over all be healthy. Follow me if you like :) I also have a few picture that I have collected for a fitspiration before I stared this blog and I don’t remeber the tumblrs I got them from since it was a few months ago I started saving these to help me stay postive. I will be posting them if you see any that are your let me know and I will link it back to your tumblr or blog.

I get asked almost daily how to get abs, or how to tone the stomach. The truth is, you cannot spot-reduce body fat and you cannot get great abs through any gimmicks or magical pills. It takes hard work to get abs, otherwise EVERYONE would have them wouldn’t they? =)
“The most popular misconception is that you can get great abs by “doing thousands of crunches to burn fat off the stomach.” We have seen enough infomercials out there that all continue to promote these misconceptions. If these solutions were viable then we wouldn’t need to write articles on proper abdominal training and how to make them visible!
The most important thing to remember is that something worth having (like great abs) is going require a lot of hard work and persistence to get it! No amount of gadgetry, gimmicks, or fad diets will get you what you are looking for until you come to grips with this fact. It may also take a considerable amount of time.
There are two aspects to developing a great midsection. The first (and probably most important factor) is to be lean enough to have these muscles become visible. The second is that to maximize the appearance of your midsection, there must be significant muscular development there.” - Jon HabeshyTo get abs, clean up your diet and start strength training (your whole body, not just your core)! You can also add in some cardio, which can be helpful in burning body fat.

Seriously. I just need to go on a mini-rant about how freaking amazing Hilary Duff is. She just, everything that could possibly be right about her, is, I swear. She had one of THE best original Disney shows ever. I’m pretty sure Lizzie McGuire was my childhood. She put out CDs, the whole shebang. (You know you know every word to Why Not, and that you at one point owned the Metamorphosis CD, so don’t even lie.) And when she was a teenager, what was the worst thing she did? What, that little tiff with Lindsay Lohan? About Aaron Carter or whatever? You didn’t see her in sex scandals, and out partying and going out of control. Then she went on and did a bunch of movies that were freaking amazing, like A Cinderella Story and Cheaper by the Dozen. She had a few weight issues along the way for like, half a day (or am I thinking of Lohan?), but freaking look at her now. She’s been married for freaking two years, and just had her first kid, not at 16, but at freaking 24. Now she’s into freakin’ animal rights, and protects the right of children and is all philanthropic and crap. This chick is such a bamf, is the one that teenage girls should look up to now, not some Snooki or whoever the crap else people are idolizing. Show some respect, bro. Show some respect. She’s not just a fitspiration, or a thinspiration, she is one of the biggest freaking inspirations of my generation.
